Charger plugged in, but not charning laptop

Try this:

Open “Device Manager” and click on “Batteries” to open the view.

Remove both devices as listed below.

Then click on the blue search icon with the magnifying glass on front of it as shown below. (right under “Help”)

This will trigger a “re-install” of the devices and if correct, you laptop should be charging right after this.
